COVID 19 hasn't made it easy for anyone, has it? Well things are beginning to look up.
The beautiful Tubac Center of the Arts Gift Shop has reopened with lots of new merchandise!
They have "COVID- proffed" it with all kinds of safeguards including plexi shields, mask and sanitizer stations, new hand held scanners for fast, easy transactions, etc.
There are new displays, and many new items, and the merchandise is rotating monthly.

Tempered Glass Trivets and Cutting Boards

TONIGHT'S THE NIGHT

Tonight is the first night of the Members Open Exhibit at Tubac Center of the Arts. I have a new painting in the show, you can see an image here, OR you can really see it "live and in person" in Tubac!!! It's called Variety Show. It's a hibiscus painting with a variety of different colored hibiscus together--hence the name. The painting is available for $750, beautifully framed. If you can't make it to the show, I believe that you will be able to look at the show from their website, www.TubacArts.org. There is supposed to be their first ever ZOOM event at 5:00 tonight, a Virtual Opening Reception because of COVID 19. They say that they will be recording the event, and it should be on their website. The exhibit will last from August 14-September 27, so I hope that you will have a chance to make a trip to Tubac and enjoy the show. Summer hours are June-September: Thurs.-Sat., 10am-4:30pm, Sun., 12pm-4:30.

Everyone that knows me knows how much I love parrots! This is a cockatoo painting that I just finished.
I decided to call it Paradise Found.
Enjoy!
